Adelina Wong Ettelson

Bio:

Adelina Wong Ettelson is the Founder and Principal of AWE Global Advisory, a strategic consultancy advising developers and luxury brands on the positioning and commercialization of branded residential developments worldwide. She spent 18 years with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, most recently as Global Head of Residences Marketing during a period of significant expansion of the brand's residential portfolio. She led that portfolio across 14 properties and its active development pipeline and established the global residences marketing framework that guided how the brand collaborated with developers across marketing, communications, legal, and executive leadership. Across her career, Adelina has advised on projects representing more than $5B in Gross Development Sales and helped achieve pricing premiums of up to 35 percent above market comparables. Through AWE Global, she now helps brands and developers translate brand into pricing power and long-term value.
