Ananth Ramchandran

Based in Singapore, Ananth leads CBRE's Hotel Advisory & Strategic Transactions within Capital Markets. He advises clients in Asia - including real estate owners, developers, lenders, operators and brands - on a wide range of mandates covering portfolio sales, brand and operating platform acquisitions and disposals, capital raising, strategic partnerships, growth and development strategy, branded residential, and other bespoke assignments.

Prior to joining CBRE, he was most recently IHG's Vice President, Capital Investments & Transactions as well as Global Head of Branded Residential, based in Singapore. He drove the company's Asia Pacific inorganic growth, investment and asset management agenda covering brand acquisitions and real estate disposals, playing a leading role in the acquisitions of the Regent and Six Senses brands.
