Andrey Gusev

Andrey is one of the rare hospitality executives who operates hotels and builds them — 18+ years across CIS, Europe and South East Asia spanning both hotel operations and ground-up development. 

As Head of Hospitality at VillaCarte Group, Andrey oversees operations and development across five hospitality projects in the Bang Tao area of Phuket, Thailand — from master planning and design through to pre-opening and full operations, with 350 keys operational today and over 1,000 more in the pipeline. 

Before joining VillaCarte Group, Andrey held senior leadership roles with independent and corporate hospitality and tourism companies across Russia, Europe and China.
