Bio:
Cedric Cheah is the Head of Investments and Asset Management of YTL Hotels.
Cedric oversees the origination and execution of real estate deals globally for YTL Hotels and Asset Management of Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Europe.
Prior to joining YTL Hotels, he was the Assistant Vice President (Investments) of Starhill Global REIT (Formerly known as Macquarie Prime REIT) spending a few years in various functions including origination and execution of global real estate deals and supporting asset management roles.
Cedric graduated from University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) majoring in Accounting and Corporate/Investment Finance. He has also participated under the tutelage of Professors and Sub Dean from University of Western Australia in the research topic “Poor Acquisitions, Consequences of Directors.”
