Chadly (Chedli) Boujellabia

Mr. Boujellabia founded Alyssa Partners in 2012 as a Japan focused advisory and investment management platform and serves as Managing Partner, CEO and co-CIO. With more than twenty years of experience in real estate, Mr. Boujellabia is overseeing investments strategies, capital partnerships as well as the wider group strategic planning. 

Before founding Alyssa Partners, Mr. Boujellabia was the President and Representative Director of Eurohypo Japan Corporation (Commerzbank Group) where he led several high-profile debt restructurings post global financial crisis in Tokyo including Pacific Century Place Marunouchi and Shiba Koen Building. Mr. Boujellabia started his career at Eurohypo Real Estate Investment Banking in London (Deutsche Bank Group) and held several senior positions within European structured finance and debt capital markets.

Mr. Boujellabia graduated with Honors in Economic Studies and Finance from Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Tunis (Tunisia) and holds a master degree in International Banking and Finance from Le Havre Normandie University (France).

Mr. Boujellabia is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and serves on the ULI Japan Executive Committee Council and the ULI APAC Housing Council.
