Bio:
With nearly two decades of real estate and hospitality experience, Tan Chun Meng heads the investment and asset management functions for CapitaLand Investment’s lodging private funds. His portfolio includes the US$600 million Ascott Serviced Residence Global Fund (ASRGF) joint venture with Qatar Investment Authority, and CapitaLand Ascott Residence Asia Fund II (CLARA II), the firm’s second private fund focused on serviced residences and co-living assets.
Chun Meng’s diverse background bridges real estate private equity, banking, and hospitality. His previous roles include driving North Asia expansion for Frasers Hospitality and structuring APAC real estate financing solutions at Mizuho Bank. He began his career stationed in Shanghai with the Mapletree India China Fund, sourcing and executing regional investments.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.
