Daria Guristrimba is a Ukrainian-born entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Globe7, a London-based, invitation-only travel atelier serving ultra-high-net-worth clients across all seven continents. Starting her career in marketing for a major global brand, she moved into travel and founded Globe7 in 2024. Since then, she has grown the agency into a multimillion-dollar business and secured 12 strategic partnerships since then. Balancing motherhood, entrepreneurship, and leadership, she represents a new model of female leadership in luxury travel.
In under a year, she secured 12+ elite partnerships, including Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood, Dorchester Collection, Accor, and The Peninsula. Today, Daria leads a team of independent consultants and operations staff to deliver 24/7 seamless service, arranging extraordinary experiences such as reopening airports or private family retreats in the Swiss Alps.
