Daria Guristrimba is a Ukrainian-born female entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Globe7. Her career began at Danone in Ukraine, where she served as a Marketing Specialist for the Actimel and Danissimo brands. She later became Marketing Manager for Ukraine and CIS Countries in Biosphere, achieving over 40 percent sales growth. By the age of 25, she was Marketing Director, the result of constant self-development and mentorship. She later explored journalism and event organization, which ultimately led her to discover her true passion for travel.
In under a year, she secured 12+ elite partnerships, including Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood, Dorchester Collection, Accor, and The Peninsula. Today, Daria leads a team of independent consultants and operations staff to deliver 24/7 seamless service, arranging extraordinary experiences such as reopening airports or private family retreats in the Swiss Alps. Balancing motherhood, entrepreneurship, and leadership, she embodies a new model of female leadership in luxury travel.
