Bio:

Ms. Zhai heads up development for Swire Hotels. Prior to joining Swire Hotels, Ms. Zhai was a Director at the Hong Kong office of Horwath HTL. She is experienced in hospitality real estate development, management contract negotiations, destination tourism planning, market due diligence, and asset management. She has been involved in over 300 hotel and hospitality real estate projects, in over 75 markets across Asia, the Pacific Islands, the Caribbean, and Africa. Ms. Zhai holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from Cornell University.
