Bio:
David Bark is President of HAMA Asia Pacific and General Manager Hotel Assets at Mulpha Australia, where he oversees a portfolio of luxury and upper-upscale hotels across Asia, Australasia and Europe. His responsibilities span landmark assets including Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg, Marriott London Grosvenor, InterContinental Sydney, InterContinental Sanctuary Cove and InterContinental Hayman Island, alongside properties in Hong Kong, Manila and Auckland.
With more than 25 years in hospitality leadership, David has held Hotel General Manager and Area General Manager roles with IHG and Accor across Australia, China and Malaysia, delivering hotel openings, large-scale renovations and the turnaround of underperforming business units. He also served as CEO of Tattersalls Club Brisbane.
David specialises in hotel asset management, capital planning, corporate governance, revenue optimisation and business growth.
