Giuliano Esposito

Giuliano is a founding Partner of High Street Holdings (“HSH”), a boutique real estate investment and asset management company backed by a Singapore family office. On behalf of the family office, HSH has invested into, and asset manages hotels across Australia, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Japan and Maldives for an AUM of +S$500m. Giuliano is a seasoned real estate investment professional with over 15 years of experience, specializing in deal origination, underwriting and execution as well as value-add creation strategies and operational asset management of HSH’s hotel portfolio. 

Giuliano commenced his career in hotel operations, prior to moving into hotel real estate advisory across Europe and Asia, where his focus was on investment sales, valuations and feasibility analysis. Giuliano was the former Head of Consulting at JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group in Singapore and holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
