Jeremy Chan is currently a Vice President at Aareal Bank Asia, where he has been based since 2020. Aareal Bank Asia is the hub for Aareal Bank AG’s Structured Property Financing throughout Asia. With a real estate lending portfolio of over €30 billion, Aareal Bank’s activities span three continents: Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.
At Aareal Bank, Jeremy is involved in real estate financing transactions across the Asia Pacific region, including hospitality assets. Prior to joining Aareal Bank, he worked in the hospitality industry, with experience spanning hotel operations, acquisitions, and development.
