Bio:
With over 20 years in real estate and hospitality, Jeremy Gillet has been instrumental in doubling his company’s global portfolio. Since 2005, he has excelled in brokerage and asset management, notably leading the turnaround of Fukuoka Hawkstown for GIC Japan. At Seibu Prince Hotels since 2016, Jeremy has spearheaded international expansion, including the landmark acquisition of Australia’s StayWell Hospitality Group and ACE Hotel.
His expertise in M&A and sustainable development is reflected in iconic projects like The Hotel Seiryu Kyoto Kiyomizu. Jeremy holds a Master’s degrees in Finance and Business, and previously served as a Director for the Hotel Asset Management Association Japan.
