Bio:
Mr. Kusumine Enami is the Managing Partner and Japan Representative of AB Capital. Mr. Enami has been in the real estate and private equity industry since 2007, overseeing transactions of over US$2bn. He has built his career at multiple global institutions including Fortress Investment Group, Berjaya Land, EQT Real Estate, and Sumitomo Corporation. Throughout his career, Mr. Enami gained a wide range of investment experience covering investments via both equity and debt, Op Co - Prop Co platform, Property Development, Post-acquisition AEI, and Sponsor-REIT transactions.
Mr. Enami graduated from the University of Tokyo with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree, and the University of Michigan with a Master of Financial Engineering degree. Mr. Enami passed all levels of the CFA exam, and holds a real estate broker license. He is fluent in Japanese, English, and Mandarin Chinese.
