Kyu Baek Kim

Kim Kyu Baek is a Director in the investments and asset management team. Based in Hong Kong, he is involved in the firm’s hospitality investment and asset management activities across the Asia Pacific region. 

Mr. Kim joined the firm in 2026, bringing nearly a decade of experience across hotel real estate, investment, and asset management. Prior to joining the firm, he was Vice President at TriO Capital / Ovolo Group, where he led the execution of the group’s strategic initiatives, acquisitions & disposals, and re-financing activities. He began his career at HVS (Singapore), where he provided hospitality consulting and valuation advisory services across Asia Pacific. 

Mr. Kim holds a Master of Science in Global Hospitality Business from EHL Hospitality Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Global Management from the University of Hong Kong.
