Laélia Vaulot

Laélia Vaulot is the founder of Lab V, an advisory developing positioning and innovation strategies for real estate, with a focus on hospitality and workplace, based between Paris and Tokyo. She works with investors, owners and developers to define what an asset should be, and where its long-term value comes from, before design and capital decisions are set. 

In Japan, she is developing The Restorative Hotel, a framework on restoration as a driver of long-term value in hospitality. Her earlier work spans the repositioning of major assets for institutional investors such as PIMCO Prime Real Estate and LaSalle, and urban projects including the transformation of the Champs-Élysées. 

Laélia holds architecture and engineering degrees from Yale, MIT and École des Ponts.
