Bio:
Ms. Lily Zhu brings over 30 years of hospitality leadership and expertise in investment, management, and operations, Before rejoining SSAW as President in December 2021, Ms. Zhu served as Vice President at China Yintai Investment, where she oversaw flagship projects including Park Hyatt Beijing, Park Hyatt Ningbo, Andaz Shanghai, and Waldorf Astoria Chengdu. She also held key roles such as Vice President of Operations for China at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and CEO of Yintai Cultural Tourism Group, driving strategic expansions and high-profile tourism developments across China. She was elevated to Chairman of SSAW in May 2024. Ms. Zhu holds a Bachelor’s degree from Zhejiang University, a Master’s degree from Tsinghua University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Innovation Management at Politecnico di Milano.
