Mitch Reynolds is an experienced attorney and member of the hospitality and real estate teams of the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig. He represents clients in hotel and hospitality transactions across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. He works with hotel owners, operators, investors, and financiers on hotel development, operator selection, management agreements, franchising, leasing, sales and acquisitions, investment structures, branded-residential and mixed-use structures, and real estate financing.
His global experience spans hotel trophy assets and portfolio transactions, branded residences, mixed-use developments, student accommodation, and other third-party-managed real estate projects.
