Myra Lynn Gilig

Myra Lynn R. Gilig is a seasoned real estate and business operations executive with 30 years of 
experience across property development, business development, operations, sales and marketing, and strategic expansion. 

As Senior Vice President for Business Operations of AppleOne Group, she oversees key business initiatives, with a particular focus on the Group’s branded residence developments and new business ventures. She brings extensive experience in identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, launching new projects and markets, and driving operational growth. 

Prior to joining AppleOne Group, Myra held senior leadership roles with leading Philippine real estate and infrastructure companies, where she managed large-scale residential developments, regional operations, business expansion, and project launches across the country.
