With 20 years of experience across hotel operations, strategy and analytics, she blends insight and empathy to create meaningful change. A graduate of EHL, Naureen began her career at The Landmark London before moving into international leadership at STR. Her podcast has featured over 200 women worldwide and grown into a thriving global community.
