Nitesh Pandey is the Chief Operating Officer – APAC at The Lux Collective, which manages the brands LUX*, SALT, SOCIO, and TAMASSA. With nearly three decades of international experience across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and the United States, he oversees the group’s development and operations across APAC. Nitesh is passionate about innovation, sustainability, and ROI-focused strategies, with a strong emphasis on integrating hospitality and residential components. He plays a key role in driving the group’s expansion in Asia Pacific, including upcoming flagship openings in Vietnam and Shanghai.
