Oksana Walker is the Founder and CEO of Innayat Retreat Bali, a hospitality and wellness destination in Indonesia. With a background in interior design and extensive experience creating high-end residential and hospitality environments, she is passionate about the role of placemaking, wellness and guest experience in shaping successful destinations. 

Before entering the hospitality sector, Oksana built and led businesses for more than 20 years, developing strong expertise in finance, strategic planning and commercial leadership. Today, she brings together business acumen and creative vision to deliver hospitality concepts that balance operational performance with authentic guest experiences. 

Her work focuses on how thoughtful design, wellness and a strong sense of place contribute to long-term value creation for hospitality developments and lifestyle destinations.
