Paul Kapiris is a member of the Eastdil Secured hospitality team which closed over €6b of European Hotels in 2025. He works across the European hotel and resort investment landscape side-by-side with the Eastdil Secured Corporate Advisory, Debt, and Credit teams on large scale transactions including; sales/refinancing of luxury hotels throughout Europe, as well the outright sales, bifurcations, joint ventures, and recapitalisations of Pan-European platforms.
