Bio:
Richard is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Trivium, a real estate investment and asset manager with circa US$1 billion AUM. He is a family member of its anchor investor, a Taiwanese FO. Previously, he spent seven years at Phoenix Property Investors, executing $2 billion in transactions. He started his career at Ernst & Young, where he earned his CPA. His current focus spans Japanese hotels and Hong Kong distressed property. Richard is an active ULI Hong Kong member and one of its youngest Global Governing Trustees, and graduated with honors from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
