Sarah Mahood

Sarah Mahood is Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Middle East Real Estate Practice and is based in Dubai. With more than 22 years of experience as an attorney in London and the Middle East, she advises hotel operators, developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants on a wide range of hospitality and real estate matters, including hotel developments, branded residences, mixed-use projects, acquisitions and disposals, and complex ownership and operating structures. 

Sarah is particularly recognized for her experience in structuring and documenting hotel and branded residential developments across the globe. She has advised leading master developers on landmark projects throughout the Middle East and has extensive experience with hospitality projects in the United States, Africa, Thailand, and across the Middle East and North Africa. Her work includes advising on mixed-use and hotel developments involving strata titling, multiple ownership structures, and other complex issues unique to the hospitality sector.
