He previously served as the Managing Director at RAK Real Estate and contributed his corporate governance expertise as a Board Member of RAK Ceramics, driving robust regional development. 

An accomplished academic and professional, Sheikh Saqr holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the American University of Sharjah and an MBA. His multidisciplinary expertise is further anchored by a Master’s degree in International Law, Public Relations and Diplomacy from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Sharjah. This comprehensive background empowers his sophisticated approach to sustainable urban expansion and high-level stakeholder alignment.
