Simon Vincent CBE

Bio:

Simon Vincent CBE has more than three decades of leadership experience spanning hospitality, travel, and financial services. He is currently Executive Vice President & President, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and serves on Hiliton’s global executive committee. Since joining Hilton in 2007, Vincent has overseen a period of significant growth and expansion for Hilton in EMEA and is responsible for more than 1,500 hotels across 19 brands and 96 countries.  
Prior to Hilton, he served as CEO of Opodo, the pan-European online travel agency, and as COO of Thomas Cook Travel. Earlier in his career, he worked in international banking with HSBC and built extensive international experience, including time in North America and Japan.  
Vincent serves as a Trustee of Jigsaw School (supporting children with an autism spectrum disorder) and a Trustee of Amber Trust (providing musical opportunities for blind and partially sighted children). From 2014–2023, he also served as a non-executive director of iconic London retailer Fortnum & Mason. 
In recognition of his contribution to hospitality and tourism, Vincent was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in June 2023, following his earlier appointment as an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 2014.
