Stephen Kelly

Stephen Kelly is Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Middle East Real Estate Practice and focuses on real estate, development, and hospitality matters across the Middle East and internationally. He is widely recognized as a market leader in the legal community for his deep experience in advising on complex real estate, development, and hospitality projects. For more than 15 years, Stephen has advised on some of the most prominent master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, and branded residences projects in the United Arab Emirates and across the region. He regularly represents developers, service providers, hotel operators, and other stakeholders in the hospitality industry, with particular experience in large-scale hotel, mixed-use, and branded residential developments. 

His extensive regional and global experience provides him with a deep understanding of the legal, commercial, and operational issues shaping the hospitality industry across the Middle East and beyond.
