Bio:

Titiwat Kuvijitsuwan is CEO, director and shareholder of Capstone Asset, a lifestyle-led real estate developer and one of Thailand’s market leaders in the branded residence sector. He leads the company’s strategic direction and operations, overseeing projects from concept through completion under its “One Project, One Brand” philosophy. Under his leadership, Capstone Asset has executed over USD 700 million in development and transaction value, including branded residences and hotels in partnership with Marriott International and IHG Hotels & Resorts. Prior to founding Capstone Asset, he spent over a decade with Lehman Brothers and Minor International, executing more than USD 1.8 billion in real estate transactions. He holds degrees from the University of Michigan and Stanford University and is a CFA charterholder.
