After being Director of Development at IHG Hotels & Resorts for 9 years and Vice President of Development for 13 years at Marriott International, Xavier joined Accor as Senior Vice President - Head of Development for Southern Europe in 2021. He is now the Global Chief Development Officer for Sofitel, MGallery, and Emblems as well as for all luxury brands in Europe and North Africa.
