Yuri Tsujimoto

Yuri Tsujimoto joined IHG Hotels & Resorts in 2022 and is Director, Development, Japan & Micronesia, based in Tokyo. She is responsible for driving the company’s growth across the region, with a focus on expanding IHG’s Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio and strengthening relationships with key hotel owners. 

Since joining IHG, Yuri has been instrumental in securing multiple high-profile signings and advancing a strong pipeline of projects, contributing to the continued growth of IHG’s presence across Japan. Yuri spearheaded the signing of ANA Holiday Inn Tosu and ANA Holiday Inn Kobe Sanda with FET SYSTEM Inc., with both properties rebranded and reopened in April 2026.  

Yuri has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She began her career as a management trainee with Ishin Hotels Group and later held development roles at Hilton, where she was involved in hotel development and deal execution. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles.
