Gary Kwok

Bio:

Mr. Gary Kwok is the CEO and Managing Partner of AXE Management Partners ("AXE Management"), a Pan-Asia alternative investment firm focused on real estate and special situations across asset classes. 

Prior to AXE Management, Gary served as Head of Asia Hospitality, Lodging and Gaming Real Estate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, having previously held various senior executive positions at Credit Suisse Investment Bank. Over two decades on the principal and capital markets side, he has led transactions exceeding US$50 billion across M&A, leveraged finance, equity, and structured products, recognized through multiple industry awards from IFR, FinanceAsia, and The Asset. 

Gary has also served as Representative Director and CEO of a TSE-listed real estate and hospitality group, overseeing greenfield development, asset acquisitions, and operations spanning more than 1,000 employees, where he led a major transformation across all functions and doubled its portfolio scale during his tenure. 
Gary brings a rare combination of institutional real estate capital markets, principal investment, asset management and direct operational leadership. 

He is an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and is an enthusiasts in philanthropic work. He holds an MSc and BSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
