Bio:

Ingo Schweder is a global wellness and hospitality pioneer with more than 40 years of leadership across luxury hotels, wellness destinations and integrated longevity concepts.  

He is the Founder and CEO of GOCO Hospitality and Horwath HTL Health & Wellness, where he oversees wellness developments in over 42 countries. He contributed to a portfolio of more than 400 projects with a combined value exceeding USD 4.3 billion.  

Previously, he held Board level roles at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Mandarin Oriental. Today, he owns and operates Glen Ivy Hot Springs in California, the oldest, largest and most successful hot spring resort in the United States.  

Ingo recently bought the award-winning wellness hospitality brand, Fivelements in Bali, with new Fivelements Retreats under development in Thailand, Montenegro, Spain and Italy.  

In December 2023, GOCO entered into a joint venture with Fullerton Fund Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, to accelerate its expansion into wellness real estate and longevity hospitality segments, enabling scalable development and innovation across the globe. 

GOCO will be opening its first longevity clinic on Wireless Road in central Bangkok in March/April 2026.
