To download in the app store, please open the link on mobile.

If you are attending IHIF Asia, you will need to register to attend first. After you have completed your registration, you will receive an onboarding email from our event platform Grip, which will contain your log in details.

If you are not attending IHIF Asia but will be managing your company’s profile on the app, please contact our marketing team and we can add you as an admin to the app.

Your company profile will be automatically created when the first member of your team log in to the app (on web or mobile).

• The first team member to log in from your company triggers team activation.
• Team members associated with the company before the team is created are automatically granted Admin access.
• Team members added after creation must request to join, and Admins will need to approve them.

From the Company Profile page, you can edit your company information and upload a branding assets.

Company Logo: 1000x1000 pixels and in either JPG or PNG format.

Cover Image: 1476x634 pixels with a maximum file size of 500 KB.

The product page under My Team is where you can add and view products associated with your company, including documents and videos.

You can add a product by clicking the 'Add Product' button at the top right of the page (event dependant). You will then land on the screen pictured below. Add photos, enter the name of the products, headline, location, and summary, then click 'Add'.

Exports are supported only on the web version of the event platform. To generate the meetings export:

1. Log in and click your profile in the top-right corner.
2. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Export.
3. Under the Meetings Export section, choose either 'Export XLSX' or 'Export CSV'.
4. Click Download once the file is ready.
5. Open the file to view your meetings data.
